  • Custom-made or special-order products (e.g., custom cabinets, cut flooring)

  • Installed or used materials

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos and details for review.

  • We will offer replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.
